初めて訪れた地であるはずの場所にどこか懐かしさを覚えることがある。
場所に限らず、ふとした瞬間に感じる違和感やデジャヴも似たようなものでないかと思う。

色彩や形、音、温度、匂いであったり目の前の現象は過去を参照して観測される。
自らの体験や、他の誰かの目線や話をなぞったものであるかもしれない。
身の周りを囲む環境が変化していくと共に興味や関心も移ろっていく。

それらひとつひとつが点となり間を流れ彷徨い転がっていくうち
気づいたら点同士が繋がって重なって線になっていたりする。

実体のない記憶は透明なレイヤーのようで重ねていくごとに曖昧な部分と鮮明な部分が現れてくる。

Sometimes I feel nostalgia when I visit a place where I have never been.
No matter where I am, a feeling I get or déjà vu I feel at a certain moment is also similar.

Colors, shapes, sounds, temperatures, smells, and other phenomena in front of me are observed through what I experienced in the past.
It may be a trace of my own experience or what someone else saw or told.
As the environment that surrounds us changes, our interests and concerns also shift. It is like a river flowing.

Each of them becomes a dot and flows, wanders, and rolls between them,
I find that those dots connect to each other and overlap to form a line.

Intangible memories create transparent layers that reveal ambiguity and vividness as those parts are layered.
